1. Booking and Payment: A refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the event date. Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking
2. Service Hours: Rental hours will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional time requested during the event is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Setup and Equipment: Our team will handle all setup and takedown of equipment. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible setup location. Any damage to equipment caused by event attendees or venue conditions will be the clientβs responsibility.
4. Event Cancellations: If the client cancels the booking in less than 7 days from the event, the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling is subject to availability. In the case of weather-related cancellations for outdoor setups, the event can be rescheduled at no additional cost (subject to availability).
5. Guest Behavior: Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests during the event. Any inappropriate use of the equipment may result in the immediate discontinuation of service without a refund.
6. Liability: Kinect Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring at the event due to the misuse of equipment.
7. Copyright: All videos, photos, and content created by the 360 Photo Booth are owned by the client. However, Kinect Rentals reserves the right to use event footage for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
1. Deposits: All deposits are refundable, unless there is damage to the rental equipment.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a partial refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies) is allowed once without penalty, provided at least 24 hoursβ notice is given. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Service Interruptions: If equipment failure or other issues arise during the event and cannot be resolved, a partial refund will be provided based on the amount of time the service was unavailable.
5. No-Show or Late Arrival by Client: If the client or venue is unavailable at the agreed setup time, the rental duration may be shortened without a refund.
6. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, power outages, etc.), refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, or the client may reschedule without penalty.
